1. Shipping Coverage
- We deliver all across Pakistan.
- Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 3-4 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Major Cities: 2–4 Business Days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 Business Days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.
4. Order Confirmation
Once your order is confirmed:
- You will receive an order confirmation.
- A tracking number will be shared once your parcel has been dispatched (where available).
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incorrect phone number
- Customer unavailability
The order may be returned to DEEBFITS. Re-shipping charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- An incorrect order
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with clear photos. Our support team will assist you with a replacement or an appropriate solution.
